Sarah’s passion for farming has been ongoing for many years having worked on dairy farms for the five years before joining Cheshire Farm Vets. Sarah has a family beef and sheep farm and rears her own calves. Sarah loves being out on farm and has recently qualified as an ATT (Approved Tuberculin Tester).In Sarah’s spare time away from farming she enjoys spending time with her family, trips away and visiting her parents on the West Coast of Scotland.
Maia Birch
Trainee Vet Tech & ATT (TB Tester)
Maia started at Cheshire Farm Vets in January 2024 and is currently training to become an Approved TB Tester and Vet Tech. Maia is enjoying gaining further experience with cattle having worked predominantly with alpacas, horses and sheep. Maia grew up on a small holding and is looking forward to expanding her knowledge and skills in the veterinary and agricultural field.
In her spare time Maia enjoys walking in the Peaks with her dog, Cora, going to the gym and eating out.
